International Compost Awareness Week (ICAW) will be May 4 – 10, 2025 – Save the Date! This upcoming year’s ICAW 2025 theme, Sustainable Communities Begin with Compost!, highlights composting in all kinds of communities at any scale – from the backyard home composter to community composters, to large-scale facilities and all those in between.
The poster and bookmark design contest are now open. The selected winners’ designs will receive a cash prize and will be used to promote International Compost Awareness Week around the U.S. Submit your poster or bookmark design by November 1, 2024.
